We’re excited for this upcoming event and seeing you there! To make sure everything runs smoothly on the night, please take note of the important details and guidelines listed below.

Critical Deadlines

Registration Form Deadline

4 jul

Submit the online registration form to secure your audition. Please note: no late entries are accepted under any circumstances.

Media & Tech Request Cut-off

1 Aug

Submit all backing tracks, lyrics videos, and special mic requirements to the production email listed on the registration form. Materials sent after this date will likely not be included.

Team & Performance Rules

  • Maximum of 7 members per group/band.

  • Team lock-in: No swapping members post-submission.

  • Set duration limit: strictly under 5 minutes.

Mandatory Sound Check

  • Entire roster must be present for sound check.

  • Allocated window: Exactly 15 minutes. Be on time!

  • Missing the check means forfeiture of your performance slot.

  • 3 Wired Microphones

  • Drum Kit & Keyboard

  • Acoustic & Bass Guitars

Crowd & Safety Warning

For everyone’s safety, there will be no mosh pits or prompting of one. Failure to comply will result in an immediate performance shutdown.

Gear Maintenance (God's Gear)

Advise the production staff ahead of schedule so your setup transitions smoothly during your 15-minute sound check.

Bringing Custom Gear?

Please look after all stage gear responsibly. Any equipment damages incurred must be covered by your team and will delay others' soundchecks.
