Saturday, August 9th @ 7:00pm
RULES (FOR FAIRFIELD):
*Please read carefully*
Maximum 7 members per band, you cannot swap members.
Performance time: Under 5 minutes.
SUBMISSIONS
Below registration form MUST be submitted by 4th July. After this date, registrations will close.
ALL media (e.g. lyric videos, music tracks), sound (final instruments, mics) & lighting requests MUST be emailed by 1st August (email provided in form). This will allow time for the production team to prepare your show & give you the best possible chance. If you send your media after this date or on the day of the event, it will be low priority & will take up your rehearsal time. We cannot guarantee this will play on the night.
SOUND CHECK
Please make sure your whole team is available all day for Sound Check.
You will be given a 15 minute time slot to rehearse, no extensions.
If your team cannot make it to Sound Check, you WILL NOT perform on the night. We also reserve the right to cancel your performance should it not meet our standards.
PERFORMANCE
Our available equipment to use: 4 x wireless mics, 3 x wired mics, drums, keyboard, acoustic guitar, bass guitar. If you are bringing equipment you need to let us know beforehand to we can cater for you upon Sound Check. Refer to the Submissions section above.
DO NOT provoke a mosh pit. Your performance will be cancelled immediately.
Take care of our (God’s) equipment (instruments, mics, cables). Your neglect will cost you & will affect the others’ performances.
FINALE (PARRAMATTA)
Saturday 23rd August
The 2024 winners, Parramatta, go directly to the finale.
The top four bands from auditions will join Parramatta at their church in the finale.
